WATERLOO, IOWA (January 21, 2010) –TechWorks Campus is pleased to announce that they will host the 2010 John Deere Fall Fest.
Get ready to celebrate a New Generation of Power. Plans are in the works for John Deere Waterloo Operations and TechWorks to jointly host a new event known as the John Deere Fall Fest. Please mark September 9 -11, 2010 on your calendars.
The focus of this event will be the feature of John Deere products and memorabilia produced post Two Cylinder through current day. Many of us grew up on these tractors but never before has this new generation of products been featured solely for display and enjoyment.
This event will be hosted at the TechWorks site at 360 Westfield Avenue and serve as the premier introduction of the proposed AgriTech Exhibition Center that will showcase Agriculture technology how it has impacted agriculture from the past to the future.
Highlights of the event will include:
- A tractor parade to the John Deere Tractor & Cab Assembly Site
- Park and Shine for tractor enthusiast
- Tours of Tractor Assembly and the TechWorks Site (formerly original site where these tractors were actually built)
- Meet & Greet the Engineers who designed these classic machines
- Tractor & Equipment Auction
- Memorabilia Auction
- And more!
