Waterloo Regional Airport
Waterloo Regional Airport offers 50 minute direct commercial flights to Chicago O’Hare International Airport for connecting flights to over 700 cities worldwide.
Waterloo Regional Airport has an Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and General Aviation (GA) facilities, including hangar rentals and a full-service Fixed Base Operator (FBO), Livingston Aviation. McCandless Aircraft provides avionics and aircraft sales. In addition, the Army National Guard has assigned helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft using the Airport to support its flight operations.
The Waterloo Regional Airport with the longest runway in Iowa enables large cargo craft to land and take off with ease.
The Airport is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The ATCT is open daily from 6 a.m. local – 8:00 p.m. local. Airport operations personnel are on field from 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Tours can be scheduled by calling Livingston Aviation.
